Admin Overview

The admin section provides an overview of all company users. Only users who have been given Full Access user roles can import, add, edit or remove users from this section.

You can view or complete the following tasks from the admin module;
  1. Name: All users names are listed here.
  2. Email: All users emails addresses are listed here.
  3. Department: If a user has been assigned to a department it will be listed here.
  4. User Role: The users access level will be shown here.
  5. Last Login: The recorded date and time of the users last login will be shown here.
  6. User Status: The current status of all users will be listed here.
  7. API Access: Shows the current state of a users API Access.
  8. Actions Column provides further actions which can be performed.

  9. Import/Export Options: This is used to facilitate the importing or exporting user details.
  10. Add User: Users with a 'Full Access' access level can add new users here.
  11. Search Users: Use this to search/find a particular user or group of users.
