Several actions can be performed when on a live call. For example, when dialing
numbers using the realtime dialler you can navigate through IVR options using the on-screen
key pad. Keep reading to learn more about realtime call actions.
IVR Navigation
Navigate IVR systems on a live call to verify if DTMF tones are being sent correctly
and calls are directing to the right agents or successfully entering passcode
protected conference rooms.
To navigate an IVR system on a live call, do the following:
Press the DialFigure 1. Show/Hide Dial-pad Button
Click any number using the onscreen dial-pad in order to navigate through an
IVR in realtime.
Result: The corresponding DTMF (Dual-tone Multi-frequency) tone
will be sent for each number that is clicked.
Call Mute
To mute the audio on a call, do the following:
Press the Mute
Press the MuteFigure 2. Call Mute Button
Result: The called party will not be able to hear your voice again until
you UN-mute the call. During this time you will still be able to hear the audio from
called party.
Call Hold
To place a call on hold, do the following:
Press the Call Hold
Press the Call HoldFigure 3. Call Hold Button
Result: The called party will be placed on hold. You will be unable to
hear the called party and they will be unable to hear you.
Terminating a Call
To terminate a call at any stage press the Cancel Call
Press the Cancel Call

Result: A 'Call Terminating' message will appear when you have
Canceled/Hung up the Call.
