With this feature configured users can redial numbers directly from alerts and view
recent number history, simplifying issue resolution and saving valuable time.
Note: To configure a Webhook for Zoom Chat Integration you
will first need to have the Incoming Webhook App installed. If you have not
already installed the app you can follow the instructions here to
Add it from the Zoom App
Marketplace.
To configure your webhook, do the following:
-
Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
-
Click the Team Chat tab.
-
Create a new channel.
-
Channel name: This should be something easily identifiable.
Example - Voice Assure Alerts.

NOT work with Private channels.
-
Add members: Add any people that you wish to see the

.
Tip: You can name the connection however you
like. For example: /inc connect followup_alerts
-

Send Details: Copy the Verification Token and cURL details
and send them to your Cyara Customer Success Manager. They will then discuss
with you which details you would like to have included in each alert.

as 30mins.
