Transcriptions provide a copy of all interactions in text format and presents each
captured segment on a map which illustrates at which point of the IVR each prompt was
present.
To view the transcriptions of an IVR, do the following:
From the dashboard module of the platform, select the IVR
View dashboard (this is nested in a tab which can be located
along the top of the page).
Choose the campaign and number you wish to view from the drop-down menus
available at the top left of the page.
If more than one date is available, please select the date which corresponds to
the transcriptions you wish to view. All dates are presented along the top of
the screen for selection. The most recent will be highlight in blue on the
left.
Your chosen map will be presented along with all transcriptions.
Your task is complete.
The IVR tree will present all transcriptions available for
the number on that particular date.
