Delete a carrier's details to remove the option of selecting that carrier when setting up campaigns.
To delete a trunk prefix, do the following:

Navigate to the Numbers module
of the platform (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
- Select the SIP Trunk tab (this is nested in the tabs which can be located along the top of the page).

Use the search bar provided to search for the
'Carrier Details' you wish to edit
(this is located center right of the page above the
Carrier Details List)

Click the Delete Icon
which will bring up the delete confirmation dialog box (this is located in the
Carrier Detail Actions column on the right of the screen).
- Confirm that the Carrier Detail you have chosen to delete is correct before clicking OK
