Outbound IVR Traversals

Outbound IVR traversals are required to complete certain test types. They help navigate Cyara's IVR systems when receiving calls from our customer’s infrastructure.

By using Outbound IVR traversals, users can direct an inbound call to their business to dial out to a Cyara number. This follows a set of instructions to navigate the Cyara IVR system and complete tests. For example, this enables actions such as the following without any human interaction from the caller’s side:

  1. Place an inbound call to your company with instructions directing your IVR system to dial out (outbound) to a specific Cyara number or carrier to test your outbound call quality (two-way testing).
  2. Place an inbound call to your company with instructions directing your IVR system to dial out (outbound) to a specific Cyara number or carrier to test your outbound latency (two-way testing).
