It may be necessary at times to stop an IVR map that is in progress or is scheduled
to run. If at any point you wish to stop a number that is in progress or has been scheduled
to run you may do so in the IVR View of the dashboards module.
To stop a map that is in progress or scheduled to run, do the following:
From the dashboard module of the platform, select the IVR
View dashboard. This is nested in a tab which can be located
along the top of the page.
Choose the campaign and number from the drop-down menus as illustrated
below.
If more than one date is available, please select the date which corresponds to
the transcriptions you wish to view.
Click the Stop Mapping button located on the right of
the screen to bring up the Stop Mapping Confirmation dialog box.
Confirm that the number you have chosen is the correct number you wish to stop
before clicking OK to complete your task.
Your task is complete.
Results: No more calls will be placed to the number
unless the campaign is scheduled to run again. If you wish to stop the campaign from
scheduling further tests you will need to remove the number from the campaign by editing
the campaign directly or, by cancelling the campaign in the campaigns module.
