How to cancel an entire IVR map campaign
If you wish to prevent an IVR map campaign from running or from scheduling any
further test you will need to cancel the campaign.To cancel an IVR Map campaign, do
the following:

Navigate to the Campaigns module of
the platform (this is located here in the left navigation menu).

Select the IVR Number Type for your campaign in the drop-down
menu.

Click the Cancel icon to the right of the edit icon in the
Actions column.

Confirm that the campaign you have selected is the campaign you wish to cancel
before clicking OK to complete your task.
Results: The page will refresh and the campaign will
no longer schedule anymore calls.
