Spearline's notification center, which can be accessed from any page on the platform, provides alerts to any issues which may affect customer experience. The Notification icon will be highlighted in the top right of the screen if there are any unread messages. Clicking on the Notification button will reveal any new notifications.
Clicking on the See All button within the window will take you to the notifications page where you can also see when the notification was added and mark it as read/unread as needed.
