Audio Quality History Graph – Spearline Support

Use the audio quality history graph to compare maximum, minimum and average call quality during a specified date range.

By default the date range for audio quality history uses the last date range set in the filters section.

How to use the Audio Quality History Graph;

Using the filters, narrow down your search results to the desired date range, country etc...
Choose between Line Chart or Histogram as your viewing preference.
Use the labeled toggle buttons at the top of the graph to toggle On/Off the data you want to view. You may use one or all of the available options to compare.
Your task is complete.

Results: The graph will display the chosen value for the date range as a Line Chart or a Histogram depending on which view you have chosen.
