Change Default Statistics

Change the default Best/Worst view based on the statistics you would prefer to see.

You have the option to change the type values that are presented in the Best/Worst section of the statistics window. You can choose which information will be presented. This information will be ranked from best to worst. There are 5 options available.

How to change the Best/Worst reporting statistics;

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard module of the platform (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
  2. Choose the Default dashboard (or any custom dashboard you have created that has the ‘Statistics’ section included) from the drop-down menu (located top left of the screen).
  3. Click the Vertical Ellipsis Icon(located on the top right of the statistics window) to reveal your options.
  4. Choose your preferred statistic from the available options | Country, Carrier, Customer, Department or Number.
  5. Your task is complete.

    Results: The statistics view will auto refresh and your chosen statistic will now be listed from best to worst.
