Sometimes it may be necessary for you to edit the numbers in a campaign or add a new
timegroup or report recipient. This can be done using the Edit action within the
Campaigns module.
Note: It is not possible to change the Number Type, Campaign Type or Test Type using the
edit campaign function. If you wish to change these fields you will need to create a
new campaign!
To edit a campaign, do the following:
Navigate to the Actions section of the Campaigns module.
Navigate to the Campaigns module of
the platform (this is located here in the left navigation menu).
Use the search bar and filters provided to find the campaign you wish
to view, edit or delete.
Choose the action you wish to perform on your campaign from the
available options.
After clicking the Icon proceed through the campaign wizard and click
Save
You task is complete.
Result: The page will refresh and you will be returned to the campaigns
overview page.
