Switch a users status between Active and Inactive to temporarily restrict access.
Note: You will need to be logged into the platform with Full Access rights in
order to complete this task.
When a user is set to Inactive that user will be unable to log in to the platform until their status is returned to the Active setting.
To toggle a users status, do the following:
- Navigate to the Admin module. (this can be found here in the left hand navigation menu).
- Use the search box at the top of the list to find the user you want. Enter a full or partial name or email address (e.g. Joe or Joe.Blogs@company.com)

Use the toggle button under the User Status column to set the user to
Active or Inactive.
