Why didn't I get my "Reset Password" email?

Emails may be blocked for various reasons. Here are a few ways to troubleshoot should this happen to you.

In some cases, the spam filtering system on your email client might have misidentified the automated Voice Assure - Account password reset email as being spam. It's also possible that your company's servers might have blocked your email due to security firewalls.

What to do next;

  1. First, check the Spam folder in your email inbox.
  2. If you still do not see the email you should ask your IT administrator to allow emails from no-reply@cyara.com and then try resetting your password again.
