Delete IVR Traversal

To delete an IVR, do the following.

Warning: Deleting an IVR that is in use will cause all test calls to numbers which have the same IVR assigned to fail!
  1. Navigate to the IVR Traversal module (this is nested here in a tab which is located along the top of the page under the Numbers module ).
  2. If the option to choose between Inbound and Outbound IVRs is available, please choose the appropriate option.
    Tip: If you're unsure, the Inbound IVR is used in most cases.
  3. Use the search bar provided to search for the IVR you wish to delete (the search bar can be located top left of the screen).
  4. Click the Delete icon () to bring up the "Delete IVR" confirmation dialog box (this is located in the "Actions" column on the right of the table).
  5. Confirm that the IVR you have chosen is the correct IVR Traversal you wish to delete before clicking OK.
Results: The IVR traversal will no longer be available to find and will be removed from all scheduled testing.
