View real-time information related to the numbers that Cyara is currently monitoring, to provide a quick indication of number health in a specific state. Results are viewed geographically to help visualize areas where attention is needed.
The map views can be configured to present various types of testing results and
statistics broken down by each State on the map. States are color coded to reflect the
current call quality in each state running tests.
Clicking on a particular state will bring up an overview of testing in that State.
Quality statistics can be viewed for hourly, daily or weekly intervals over several
different date ranges. Key statistics are presented such as, Average PESQ, Total Tests,
Connection Failures and Audio Quality Issues. A list of the latest failing numbers is
also provided.
