IVR traversals are used to automatically navigate through Interactive Voice Response systems on test calls. Spearline uses this functionality to navigate through these systems to reach an audio prompt which is placed as a destination in the IVR options or to reach a conference bridge which contains the same audio prompt.
- IVR Module: The IVR Traversal module is nested here in a tab which is located along the top of the page under the Numbers module.
- Search: If you know the name of the IVR you're trying to find you can search for it here.
- Choose IVR Type: When selected (Inbound IVR or Outbound IVR), only IVRs for that type can be added, edited or deleted.
- IVR Overview: Summary of each IVR that has been added.
- Add IVR: When clicked, this button brings up the Add IVR dialog box.

Actions: These allow users to:
- Edit Icon: When clicked it brings up the Edit IVR dialog box).
- Delete Icon: When clicked, this button brings up a confirmation box to confirm the deletion of the IVR traversal.
- Pagination: If there is more than one page of IVR traversals available, pagination will be available at the bottom left of the table. The enables navigation between each page.
