Data Table Widget Options

The data table widget provides various options and actions to help you maximize its use. Here's a list of tasks you can perform with the widget.

Bulk Actions

Bulk actions are the most efficient way to perform the same action on several results at one time as opposed to completing the same action multiple times. Bulk actions are the most efficient way to perform follow up tests and comparisons on your test results.

You use bulk actions on results to complete tasks like:

  • Batch testing two or more numbers to verify connection rates.
  • Schedule campaigns.
  • Compare the results of two or more tests.

To use bulk actions on your results, do the following:

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard module of the platform (this can be found here in the left-hand navigation menu).
  2. Choose your dashboard from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click the checkbox next to each result that you want to apply the action to (If you would like to select every number on the page, click on the checkbox in the header of the column).

  4. After selecting your results, you will notice several actions appear above the table. Choose the action you wish to perform and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your task.

  5. Your task is now complete.

Download table data as CSV

You can download your filtered results as a comma separated values (CSV). This can be useful for importing your data into third party data management systems. Customers can use this process to enrich their data or run their own proprietary queries on the data.

To download a CSV file, do the following.
  1. Navigate to the Dashboard module of the platform (this can be found here in the left-hand navigation menu).
  2. From the dashboard drop-down menu, choose the dashboard from which you wish to generate the CSV file.

  3. Click on the 3-dot menu icon shown in the upper-right corner of the table and select Download CSV

  4. Congratulations! Your file will now be available from your downloads folder.
    1. Windows: On Windows, the default download location can vary depending on the web browser being used and the settings configured by the user. However, the default location for most web browsers and applications is the "Downloads" folder within the user's profile directory. The full path is typically:
      C:\Users\username\Downloads\

Here, "username" is the name of the currently logged-in user.
    2. Mac: On macOS, the default download location for most web browsers and applications is the "Downloads" folder within the user's home directory. The full path is typically:
      /Users/username/Downloads/

Again, "username" is the name of the currently logged-in user.
