Alerts

Alerts are switched on for each number that has been added to an alert policy. Alert policies are managed by the Technical Solutions Architects (TSA) and can be implemented for any customer on the request of their engagement manager. Once added, alerts are working constantly and are a means to be notified about issues such as specific call failures, updates on usage levels or audio quality dropping below a custom threshold. This ultimately means that customers will be notified as soon as there’s any error beyond a distinct threshold.
